On the Radio
I
began my radio career at WNST-AM in Milton, WV, right beside the mighty Mud River. The manager wanted to call the station WMUD but that was already taken. My career outlived the station because it is now a sports talker in New England, I think. From there I moved to WSAZ-TV and did a
year of reporting while I finished college.
Then on to Chicago to study at Moody Bible Institute, which led to my work at Moody Radio. Over the years I hosted Open Line, Mornings with Greg and Chris, and now Chris Fabry Live! In the late 1980s I was asked to host a preaching program that originated at Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis, TN. It was called Love Worth Finding. It is my longest radio relationship to date.
